1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files or similar technologies stored on or accessed from your device when you visit a website. They may be used to make the site work, remember choices, measure usage or support advertising, depending on the technology and your consent.
2. How we use cookies
We use WordPress/WooCommerce and strictly necessary technologies for functions such as security, session, cart, checkout, language or storing consent preferences where those functions are requested by the user.
Analytics, advertising/marketing and other non-essential technologies are used only after valid consent has been obtained where required by law.
3. Categories
Strictly necessary — required for the website’s and e-commerce service’s core functions. They do not require consent where technically necessary to provide a service requested by the user.
Preferences / functional — remember optional choices or improve functionality. Where consent is required, they remain inactive until it is given.
Analytics — help us understand how the website is used and improve performance. They remain inactive until consent where required.
Advertising / marketing — may be used to measure campaigns, personalise advertising or build audiences. They remain inactive until valid consent is obtained.
4. Your choices
On your first visit and whenever legally required, you can choose Accept all, Reject all or Manage settings.
Accept and reject options must be presented at the same level and with comparable visibility. Refusing non-essential cookies must not prevent access to the store’s basic shopping service.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the persistent Cookie Settings link available in the footer and managed through Complianz CMP.
5. Current cookie list
The current inventory of cookies and similar technologies — including name, provider, purpose, category and duration — is displayed in Cookie Settings and generated from the website’s real configuration.
Because website tools and providers may change, the live inventory in Cookie Settings is the operational source for the current list. Alezia Bloom Lab does not publish invented cookie names or placeholders.
6. Third-party technologies
Some functions may be provided by third parties, for example WooPayments for payment services, embedded content, analytics or advertising. Where their non-essential technologies require consent, they must remain blocked until the relevant consent is obtained.
7. Browser controls
You can also use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may affect the cart, checkout, account or security functions.
8. Personal data
Where cookie-related data constitutes personal data, it is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Contact
